A Sub Agency is an independent leadership team operating within the Ascent through Coffamily Program. Sub Agencies recruit, mentor, and support creators while leveraging Coffamily's resources, training, systems, and community. They play a vital role in expanding creator opportunities and delivering personalized support to creators within their organization.

Support Staff help answer questions inside of our Help Desk system in Discord. Dedicating time to our Creators and helping them solve their issues as soon as possible allows them to continue to reach goals.
